Soul evolution...what's the solution?

Why do we elect to put ourselves through so much "seemingly" regret?

Not regret, don't fret!

They're really all just tests.

Tests to see how much we truly get.

For every blessing in each lesson is an accomplishment.

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS! - FRIDAY FLOWS

“HOME”

I hear they say, "Home is where the heart is!"

If that’s so, how come I don’t feel welcome?

Feeling more like a let down.

Somewhat of a disappointment - disjointed.  But why?!

I have to get from under its’ power…tastes a bit sour.

Destroy that tower so that I can rebuild anew…

…Stronger, fonder, much more filled with wander.

Destined to make a change to fix the blunder.

Will it ever change?, I wonder.

For now healing is a must!

Repair my heart with trust not lust.

Help it to remain strong and withstand the rush…

…Rush of emotions…rush of the storm…

…Rush to make a decision out of disgust…

…But for what?  For the norm?

I’m on a new journey to find my home.

Gotta figure out where my heart is or if it wants to be alone.

DEFINING L.O.V.E.

OLD TIME LOVE/L.O.V.E ETERNAL

Remembering old time love - someone’s name comes to mind in my dream.  What does it mean?  Who ever said that loving him was so wrong?  What the hell is jungle fever, and who ever started singing that song?  So what, two souls love each other but are stuck in two different skin tones?  That doesn’t make it wrong.  Change the negative connotation behind that song.  Teaching and perpetuating hate is what’s wrong!

Allow true love to shine.  Feel that vibe.  Open your heart and awaken inside.  Don’t try to hide for fear or pride.  Worrying about what everyone else thinks will keep you from your tribe.  Those are the ones who will truly ride or die because they signed up for this.  The mission they came to serve with you is part of their wish list.  The eternal kind.  The one that’s hard to find - truly one of a kind - gifted from the ultimate mastermind!

Peace be still.  This is really real.  Surpasses trill.  Not intentionally trying to make you shrill, but sometimes facing your true self will give you chills.  May have you in your feels if what you see with your mind’s eye truly reveals.  Removing that veil.  For you’ve been living the illusion behind worldly matrimony and confusion thinking what you see with your two eyes balancing your nose is what you’re suppose to accept, including the woes.  No!, this is not true.  I see the change in you.  You’re opening your 3rd eye, Bu!  Now, continue!

Go on about your day.  Go on your merry way.  Key word being merry. Let’s sit here for a moment and tarry.  Tarry with the thought.  Tarry with the visions.  Work out a plan to fulfill your grand mission.  The more you continue to ascend, the more your ego wants you to pretend, but don’t give in, my friend.  Be the better man or WHOA-man.  Emphasis on WHOA because that’s what they’ll say when you lose control, but that’s okay though.  Don’t stop just because they’re froze.  Stuck in the illusion of time not realizing it’s the path to their destiny that they need to find, instead of worrying about mine.  Wait!, I mean yours!  But, of course, yours is mine and mine is yours.  So, let’s bring it back to shore for the lesson I have in store.

Before you go throwing rotten tomatoes, truly understand the meat and potatoes.  If you don’t like meat, you’re still in for a treat.  Sit back and let this seep in deep.  Let’s not get lost in the sauce of my rant although I left several messages within all of that.  You have to turn full circle to the ending which is also the beginning.  This should be a hashtag trending, infinitely.  Let’s just say #infinitetrend!  Yeah, there we go!  Come on, we’re approaching the end.  The message within is wrapped up in a powerful four letter word that so many struggle to comprehend.  Let’s break it down then!  Follow me and please pay close attention!

L - L.O.V.E. - Literally the word itself.  It needs no help.  Just more respect and for you to NEVER forget.  You have to open your heart and allow it to heal.  Then, you will be able to truly feel.  The power of LOVE that’s really real.  It will leave you saying, “OH, WOW! HOW BEAUTIFUL!  THIS IS MAGICAL!  FANTASTIC, BRO!”  The feeling is mutual.

O - “ONE LOVE”.  I’m pulling out the Bob Marley buds for this stud.  The letter “O” or the circle is powerful in and of itself, yo.  I don’t think y’all feel the flow.  Check it though.  “O” is never-ending, eternal - a representation of infinity.  So, in the term “ONE LOVE” you get a double dose of this infinite greatness.  Just like you get a double dose of messages.  Now, wait a minute!

Message #1:  The “ONE” in “ONE LOVE” first and foremost represents the love of ONEself which is of utmost importance.  If you lack self-love, then tell me how will you have love for anyone else?  Now, once you find and conquer ONE LOVE for self, you then will be able to have love for “ONE” as in the collective because we are all “ONE” and connected.  You may have to withdraw and go deep inside yourself to figure that one out.  I mean get introspective.  Anyway, while you ponder that, I will move on to the next one.

Message #2:  If you transpose the letters in the word “ONE”, you find a NEW word, “NEO”, emphasis on NEW.  For “NEW” is truly the definition of the word “NEO”, Bu!  No, I’m not trying to confuse you.  In fact, I’m trying to make it simple.  If you need to stop, think about it, and reread it; please do.  I want you to have a full understanding of the truth I’m trying desperately to reveal to you.  Anywho…back to NEO/NEW.  When you change the letter order, you can see it from a different view.  It’s LOVE made anew.  It’s renewed just like you when you come out of the negative world-views.  Baby, I promise you!  The NEW LOVE you find will stand the test of time because it follows the “O” or circle which is eternal.  Do you follow?

V - VALUE goes back to respect, Bu.  Always remember people respect what they value.  To that which is valued, they will remain true.  Just like with everything else I’ve been trying to teach you, it starts with self, Bu.  It’s very simple.  Check your self-worth.  Complete this exercise and really be honest - don’t lie!  What do you have to hide?  This is about you and what you feel inside.  Let spirit be your inner guide.  This should not take too much of your time.  5-10 minutes is fine.  Take a look in the mirror and tell me what you see.  The key is to remove the negativity.  If you are not grateful and in love with every thing you see, then, I suggest you do this exercise daily until you really see your true beauty.  You’re flawless!  Baby, you’re GAAAW-GEOUS!  Write it down.  Say it out loud.  Wear your crown.  The point is to embrace your inner beauty and see the truth.  For within you, there is VALUE!

E - EVER-LASTING/ETERNAL.  Let’s bring it back again full circle.  It’s all intertwined.  The riddle we are trying to unwind.  I’m sorry if I’ve taken too much of your time.  Sometimes I get carried away in my rhymes and lose track of time.  This is the last one, I promise.  Let’s bring it back to this full circle moment.  Let’s wrap this up and end this so that you can go work on mending it.  Just remember this:  true love is eternal…it’s divine…it’s timeless…it’s unconditional. It’s limitless and unbound.  Unconditional love doesn’t care if you’re red, orange, yellow or brown.  It’s Ray Charles to so-called race, religion, sexual orientation, gender or creed.  All REAL love wants to do is feed the need.  The need for the world is to be set free.  Free from bondage, free from mental slavery, free from programming, free from doing it their way!  Free to simply be and spread LOVE & LIGHT eternally!

DAILY ENERGY GUIDE (D.E.G #DEG): WISH UPON A STAR!

Welcome to today's D.E.G. #DEG!  Before we begin, I want you to take a minute to meditate.  Take a few deep mindful breaths, inhaling deep through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.  Once you have all of your supplies (pen, paper, water/tea, phone - if it's not in your hand already), let's get right into it!  The card that flips is the NINE OF PENTACLES.

NINE OF PENTACLES

Everyday Tarot

The NINE OF PENTACLES is all about financial independence, material gain, achievements or wealth accumulation, and manifesting abundance.  You understand clearly how this is done.  You're grounded in your earthly energy (associated with signs:  Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn).  You have a healthy relationship with money.  You are in harmony with your environment and enjoy the beauty in nature.  The NINE OF PENTACLES advises you to treat yourself and celebrate your achievements.

• Love/Romance:  It indicates a stable and secure relationship that gives you the freedom, independence and support to pursue your dreams.
• Work:  It represents success, prosperity, reward and achievement through hard work and professionalism.

Looking from a numerology vantage point:

• I = 1 is all about new beginnings or starting fresh.
• X = 10 encompasses the I and embodies the energy of 0 which signifies endings or completion of a cycle and beginning anew.  Zero (0) also represents the infinite or eternal.
• So, with the two together in the form of IX = 9, it is speaking on:  faith, karma, spiritual enlightenment, generosity, creative abilities, inner-wisdom, the visionary, and nearing the end of a cycle.* 

Therefore, with the NINE OF PENTACLES energy, you are putting yourself first and have a new understanding of money matters and attaining material abundance.  You see things more clearly since you possess inner-wisdom, creative abilities and are a visionary.  You have completed a cycle and are grounded.  Thus, by the law of karma, you shall reap what you sow and what you give through generosity is what you shall receive.  This is great energy to have in a reading.

THE STAR (XVII)

Everyday Tarot

THE STAR is telling you that you are shining bright in your element.  You are making your wishes/dreams/desires come true.  This card is all about healing.  You are balancing yourself within and emotionally.  You are in your divine essence.  You have gone through great transformations along your spiritual journey.

THE STAR comes advising that this is a powerful time for inspired action by being your authentic self.  Be open to possibilities and stay true to yourself.  Have faith and trust in the universe, and you will share in its gifts and blessings.

If you break down THE STAR (XVII) based off of numerology:  

• The X = 10 which is all about endings or completion of a cycle to begin a new and different cycle.  Reducing 10 to a single digit (10 = 1 + 0 = 1), and looking at each digit separately, 1 is all about new beginnings, starting anew, refreshing or rebirth. Looking at the 0, is speaking on endings and beginnings; completion of cycles and starting again; and eternity, infinity, or continuous cycles.
• The V = 5 which is all about movement, change or transformation.
• Finally, you have two of the I = 1 which individually I represents new beginnings, starting anew, refreshing, or rebirth as previously mentioned.  Together they reduce to a 2 which is all about balance and harmony, intuition, insight and duality (e.g. Divine Feminine (DF) & Divine Masculine (DM); Yin & Yang; light & dark).  The idea of duality is you can't have one without the other.  Side by side the I's create master number 11.  This, too, speaks on balance, enlightenment, spiritual journey, intuition, and psychic abilities among other things.
• You almost always reduce a multi-digit number to a single digit:  10 + 5 + 1 + 1 = 17 = 8.  8 represents abundance and prosperity, inner-wisdom, infinity/eternal, inner-strength and confidence among many other things.*

*Generally in numerology you reduce double-digit numbers into a single-digit where the universal language lies between the numbers 0-9.  Typically, you do not reduce master numbers such as 11, 22, 33, etc.  Master numbers are simply the single digit in double-digit form as previously stated and many beg to differ whether anything above 22 is considered a master number.  Regardless, rely on your intuition to give you the message meant for you.  Multiple digits of the same number (e.g. master numbers or 11:11, 222, 333, etc.) tend to magnify the energy already within the number alone.

The combined energies of the NINE OF PENTACLES (IX) & THE STAR (XVII) tells you that:

• Spiritually you are going through a great healing and transformation, but will be greatly rewarded because of the inner-wisdom you have gained.  Enjoy the abundance of your success and the fact that you have achieved independence and freedom.

DIG DOWN DEEP TO RELEASE

“DEEP BELOW"

Sitting here trying to fight back tears.

Trying not to have fear(s).

Longing for cheers yet can’t quite steer.

Trying to find my way.

Trying not to sway.

I just want to play.

Play this game called life, but you can keep the strife!

I’m tryin to keep it simple as if a pink peg person in my vehicle.

Strolling on the yellow brick road of the game board,

What I fail to realize all these years is that the battle is not mine!

No, it’s not alright especially when I think I just might!

But what are you fighting for?

For the depths of my soul to be in control and not allow my emotions to steal the show.

For the will and fearlessness to lose control and unfold the majestic spirit that’s deep below.

'Tis the season to release what no longer serves you.  Holding on to anger, resentment, feelings of jealousy or envy are not healthy.  If you are still harboring animosity or any ill will towards anyone or anything (this can relate to particular situations or circumstances as well), then now is the time to purge all of that negative energy from your system.  You may have to dig down REAL deep...like DEEP, DEEP, DEEP...to uncover some childhood trauma.  This is to uncover any issues having to deal with daddy or mama!

Out with the old to make room for the new!  We all are going through tremendous changes and transformations at this time.  Don't get left behind as 2020 rolls around because I'm here to tell you that 2020 will be profound!  I would hate to see you stuck in a rut over something you feel was messed up over 20 years ago.  Whether the incident happened yesterday or five minutes ago, NOW is the time to let that ISH go!  Buckle up because we're going for a joyous ride!  See you on the other side!

WHAT DO YOU GET OUT OF THE MESSAGE?

 “MESSAGE”

MESSAGE!  Special delivery!

Use the ending to rid of the beginning.

Take the SAGE and smudge the “MES”, 

leaving me with the rest…the best!

For the love in me, I’m trying desperately to decipher this dream.

All I know is at this round table with vultures of women I shall not go.

I do not like the flow, not feeling the mojo.

How can you surround me with people who don’t know…

Who don’t want to grow.

Their energy I sense in me is not what I want to be.

Through all the bickering and name calling lies a bit of jealousy and envy.

For what?  For they desire to be all that’s within me,

but don’t care to see that what they envy is my D!V!N!TY.

It’s my destiny.  Don’t fault me.

I do not appreciate you leaving me.

It’s as if sometimes you find a little joy in my suffering.

I’m moving past that.

No longer will I be lonely even if all I have is me.

For, together, divine and I make we.

We shall never thirst nor hunger anymore.

For prosperity and abundance surrounds us and keeps us in wonder.

We will prevail even over the backstabbing of family.

For it is our destiny to spread love eternally.

So, with that it is clear to me that the “MESS” in MESSAGE is not meant for me!

Is that clear enough baby?!

HOW TO LET GO OF THE PAST

As I venture on this healing journey, I am continuously challenged to find creative ways to release any and all negative energy(ies) of my past.  In doing so, you remove blockages that may hinder you from potential blessings and spiritual growth.  The key is to find ways that make your heart sing; thereby allowing your spirit to jump for joy!

If you have not noticed, writing poetry is one therapeutic way I release.  Other tactics I have employed are creative design whether it be jewelry making, graphic design, fashion design, etc.  Hopefully, you will learn to find what works best for you.  In the meantime, take a look at other ways within the poem that may help you rid of DEAD-weight!

“A LETTER TO THE DEAD”

Dear Dead,

I would love to do this in person, but I choose this way instead.

This letter is to inform you that I lay you to rest in my past.

I wish to move on fast!

I can no longer allow the feelings of hurt to last.

I can no longer allow the fits of rage and doubt to cloud my mind and waste my time.

For if I do, I will continually be stuck like glue.

This I vow I shall not do!

Instead I choose to be renewed.

Please just don’t be so shrewd for that is rude.  Like, DUDE!

I desire to be cordial…to that I am loyal because inside me is royalty.

I no longer hold grudges.  With sage I will smudge it.

I am transforming into the greatest version of me.

Take it or leave it, but don’t be conceited.

That devil is defeated!

Filled with love, my heart beats and triumphs over deceit because I have all the receipts.

Double-check.  Triple-check.

Just give me my respect!

Respect my mind.  Respect my body.

Most importantly, respect my soul for it is in control.

This I know!

For the greatest love I have to give is to let myself live!

With all that said, I must forgive in order for me to truly live.

That is the intention of this letter to forgive and forget and make myself better.

So, farewell to you dear dead and in my past you shall stay.

I have earned my wings and am flying away.

Forever I am grateful for the lessons and remain faithful.

So, THANK YOU!

Eternal love grows so tender!

That I will ALWAYS remember!
