This week your focus is whatever your focus is.  The advice is coming through to pay attention and notice THE REFLECTION OF BEAUTY as you go through your day to day activities.  The message I received from Spirit during this morning’s meditation is as follows:

“GROW in love with life every day and pay attention to the subtleties such as the sparkle of magic in the vibrancy of the dew in the morning on the blades of glistening green grass.”

This is truly a REFLECTION OF BEAUTY - the beauty within and without.  A reflection of the magic within that one holds and has the power to make manifest in real time.  Respect the subtle nature within as well as that of the natural world.  During your time of reflection ask yourself:  “What are some of the beautiful things being reflected back to me?; How does it represent beauty within me?; and/or What beauty does it represent within me?”  It is wise to journal your responses or reflections to check your growth at a later date in the future.  Hope this helps you as it has me! MORNING REFLECTIONS

“HIGHER PERSPECTIVE”/“A DIFFERENT VANTAGE POINT”

Isn’t it Ironic how the journey to your destination seems/feels so much longer than the return trip although the route may be the exact same distance?!  Why is that?

The true reflection and introspection comes as you experience the dips, twists, turns or maybe better put as highs and lows.  I have truly learned to appreciate them both and realize the lows don’t have to be so negative.  I have a newfound perspective on them after this morning’s reflections.

Yes, it is true that the highs allow you A DIFFERENT VANTAGE POINT.  They can take you away from the lows in that they distance your point of view so that you can gain a more clear and/or different perspective.  In other words, one can take a step back to see the bigger picture and not be so focused on the minor details or minutia of it all.  In the lows, or detailed point of view, one may find themselves caught in the whirlwind by being too close for comfort.  The whirlwind is necessary for change, however, but try not to allow the dusty debris to hit you in the eye further distorting your view.

Before distancing yourself from the whirlwind, it is imperative that you take a closer look to see what needs to be blown away, changed, or tweaked ever so slightly for growth and ascension.  This is why the low is not such a negative.  It’s actually imperative.  How else do you expect to move forward and climb that mountain for the distant view if you don’t do what is necessary in order to progress?!

In essence, both the lows and the highs are vital for the process and/or progress.  Always remember that this thing we call LIFE is a marathon.  So, during the race to the top just be conscious of the real reason for the journey.  Understand that the inner workings of transformation will reveal the eternal gift of everlasting love throughout the process.  After all, what are we really doing it for in the first place if not for AGAPE love?!

BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE!

Be the beacon of light and follow your own inner guidance, especially on those dreary, cloudy, and/or rainy days. Just know that trouble don't last always and joy SURELY comes with the SUNSHINE that is guaranteed to shine again!

You create your own happiness. Don't look outside of yourself or for anyone else to give it to you. Some days are harder than others, but it is always a true test of your strength and resilience. You are more powerful than you know or want to believe. Don't be deceived! Do not allow the devil to win. Creating your joy through the storm is only the beginning!
