SOUL EVOLUTION

Soul evolution...what's the solution?

Why do we elect to put ourselves through so much "seemingly" regret?

Not regret, don't fret!

They're really all just tests.

Tests to see how much we truly get.

For every blessing in each lesson is an accomplishment.

It's a bigger part of this journey called, "SOUL EVOLUTION";

Don't you forget!

Is your mind made up yet?

You mustn't stress!

Remember it's ALL a test.

To see how much less you stress especially when you look at it from a different aspect.

Cast all your cares and become more self-aware.

For when you do, you will realize that NO thing in this world is really that major 

for you to risk all of your peace of mind on your very last wager.

Losing your peace of mind is the greatest danger.

For if you do, then all hell will break loose - 

have you running around as if you're chasing a goose screaming,

"STRANGER DANGER!!" because you can't get a grip over you.

The point is to simply be.

Then watch in awe the glorious changes that transpire in your life right before your eyes.

The marvelousness that unfolds may be a big surprise.

There is no limit to the power of the Divine.

All they want you to do is let your light shine.

Spread your LOVE & LIGHT to heal the pollution of all of the negative illusions such as:

lust, hate, greed, wrath, envy & discrimination.

Let's get it together, detox, release ourselves from these karmic cycles

that have been keeping us in bondage for generations.

Let's mount up like eagles and soar towards our enlightened destinies that are in store.

Let's come together and "surge on the uprising wave of love" and cause a revolution.

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS! - FRIDAY FLOWS

“HOME”

I hear they say, "Home is where the heart is!"

If that’s so, how come I don’t feel welcome?

Feeling more like a let down.

Somewhat of a disappointment - disjointed.  But why?!

I have to get from under its’ power…tastes a bit sour.

Destroy that tower so that I can rebuild anew…

…Stronger, fonder, much more filled with wander.

Destined to make a change to fix the blunder.

Will it ever change?, I wonder.

For now healing is a must!

Repair my heart with trust not lust.

Help it to remain strong and withstand the rush…

…Rush of emotions…rush of the storm…

…Rush to make a decision out of disgust…

…But for what?  For the norm?

I’m on a new journey to find my home.

Gotta figure out where my heart is or if it wants to be alone.

Until then, I will sit on my throne in my zone:

DAILY ENERGY GUIDE (D.E.G #DEG): SURRENDER

For this week’s TAROT TALK, I am using the Eight Coins Tattoo Tarot and the Rumi Oracle decks.  Before we begin, don’t forget to take time to meditate in order to receive the message(s) meant for you.  Grab your supplies, and let’s get started.  First out from the Eight Coins Tattoo Tarot is the DEATH card.

DEATH

Eight Coins Tattoo Tarot

The DEATH card symbolizes you going through a beautiful transformation and dying to the old to make room for the new.  You’re being born again.  The caterpillar has morphed into the beautiful butterfly you see in her hair.  Because you have gone through the transformation, you are shielded or protected and are now the pure white rose in the concrete jungle (on the skeleton’s shield).  You put in work to get and remain grounded in your root chakra and to remain balanced within (Yin/Yang, Divine Feminine (DF)/Divine Masculine (DM)) represented by the two (2) red flowers.  The color red is symbolic of the root chakra which is at the base of your chakras; and the number two (2) is all about balance, alignment or union.  You surrender to the change and now beauty in a whole new world awaits beyond the horizon(s).

Eight Coins Tattoo Tarot

The KING OF CUPS represents emotional fulfillment.  Your heart wears the crown.  Your soul shines through and removes any darkness to allow your inner light to shine bright.  You are in tune with your intuition and are seeing things from a higher perspective.  This is what keeps you stable, grounded, and emotionally fulfilled.  You are the epitome of the lotus flower coming up beautifully out of the mud!  You have a big heart and are a very gentle person.  You rule with compassionate energy.  You also tend to wear your heart on your sleeve but stand firm in your emotions because you are balanced.

The combined energies of the DEATH & KING OF CUPS is very powerful with one being a major arcana (DEATH) and the other being a part of the royal court (KING OF CUPS).  They are speaking on the universe giving you ultimate emotional fulfillment by filling your cup with divine love.  This love comes from within and is achieved once you surrender to your old self.  The DEATH card is advising you to release any and all old ideations of who you proclaimed to be.  Cleanse yourself so that you can be healed and fulfilled emotionally.  Ruling from a place of love and compassion is what brings about change in the world.

17. THE HUMAN GIFT holds a double message.  First, the divine is giving you the gift of eternal LOVE & LIGHT in order to bring you out of the shawdows of death/darkness into the light.  They are helping you along your spiritual journey to see that you are a gift.  The message behind the number eight (8 = 1+7) is that you are precious, powerful, strong and worthy despite your skeletons/past.  They are trying to usher you into the light to illuminate your gifts.

Secondly, you literally are THE HUMAN GIFT for the world to see that all you need is LOVE & LIGHT to transform and bring you out of the darkness.  This is symbolic of Christ.  The gift is eternal (8) because you are now on your spiritual journey (7) becoming one (1) within.  After the transformation, merging of the 1 + 7 = 8, you are stronger, more courageous, flying high and full of LOVE & LIGHT.  You see things from a higher perspective.  Your higher self is reminding you that you are THE HUMAN GIFT.

D33'Z D!V!NE GUIDANCE

Collectively, these cards speak volumes and should be used as an excellent tour guide.  Understand that you are only a product of your environment or circumstance if you allow yourself to stay in a negative space instead of viewing things from a higher perspective.  As you evolve and grow, you learn to understand that we all have a past, but that shouldn't define you.  Your past should only help refine you!  Meaning, you live, you learn and you grow.  By definition, when you evolve, you go through a continuous cycle of transformations.  This means that something is constantly dying or being released in order to grow and make room for the new (you).

You no longer have to feel stuck in the shadows of darkness as long as you surrender to the DEATH process and allow yourself to heal.  Some things are more difficult to let go of, but why wouldn't you want to if you can refill your KING OF CUPS with agape love?!  The problem is we feel so emotionally attached or hold on to the fear of being hurt again.  Try to think of it like this:  spiritual growth is like a workout for the soul in that you're going to go through aches and pains in order to see the gains; but the end result will be well worth the tears and the pain.  It is ALL for your higher good!  Let's not get that misunderstood!

DIG DOWN DEEP TO RELEASE

“DEEP BELOW"

Sitting here trying to fight back tears.

Trying not to have fear(s).

Longing for cheers yet can’t quite steer.

Trying to find my way.

Trying not to sway.

I just want to play.

Play this game called life, but you can keep the strife!

I’m tryin to keep it simple as if a pink peg person in my vehicle.

Strolling on the yellow brick road of the game board,

trying to keep it black and white so I don’t have to fight…

...Fight to recover from heartbreak…

...Fight to heal from trauma…

...Fight for the love of my mama.

What I fail to realize all these years is that the battle is not mine!

My battle is to shine…shine so bright I steal the light.

Hanging on with all my might just to keep my lid on tight.

‘Cause every time I lose my shit, I feel like I want to fight.

No, it’s not alright especially when I think I just might!

But what are you fighting for?

For the depths of my soul to be in control and not allow my emotions to steal the show.

For balance and inner peace so that I can find the recipe and spread the glow.

For the will and fearlessness to lose control and unfold the majestic spirit that’s deep below.

'Tis the season to release what no longer serves you.  Holding on to anger, resentment, feelings of jealousy or envy are not healthy.  If you are still harboring animosity or any ill will towards anyone or anything (this can relate to particular situations or circumstances as well), then now is the time to purge all of that negative energy from your system.  You may have to dig down REAL deep...like DEEP, DEEP, DEEP...to uncover some childhood trauma.  This is to uncover any issues having to deal with daddy or mama!

Out with the old to make room for the new!  We all are going through tremendous changes and transformations at this time.  Don't get left behind as 2020 rolls around because I'm here to tell you that 2020 will be profound!  I would hate to see you stuck in a rut over something you feel was messed up over 20 years ago.  Whether the incident happened yesterday or five minutes ago, NOW is the time to let that ISH go!  Buckle up because we're going for a joyous ride!  See you on the other side!

HOW TO WORK ON ANGER MANAGEMENT

“ANGER”

Anger!  Anger!  Stranger danger!

No longer favored, so let’s make a waiver.

Release all that anger.

Remove that stranger.

Allow it to be tamed.

Blow it up in flames.

Make the sprinklers rain.

Trust - it will help you stay sane!

Be quick to listen and slow to speak.

Don’t let them devilish spirits have you on repeat.

Break the chain.  Break the cycle.

Call on your main - who is it Archangel Michael?

Whatever you do to break that karmic chain, 

make sure you have enough to sustain…

For the next one who wants to try you again!

Your actions or words done out of anger can bring real danger.

So allow yourself to calm and meditate thru the storm.

This will allow you to see that it’s all negativity.

Intended to test you, mess with you to ensure that you’re ready.

“Ready for what?”, you ask.

ASCENSION to the next dimension.

So, when you’re ready, meet me there and leave poor ol’ stranger anger in despair.

ADEQUATE FORMS OF ANGER MANAGEMENT:

In order to properly and responsibly control the energy behind anger or pent up aggression, you must understand from where it originates.  Anger/aggression/rage is a low-vibrational emotion just like sadness, fear, and jealousy/envy.  When you stop to focus on raising your vibration, then will you transform out of that low-vibrational energy to a more joyous and happy higher vibration where you are meant to thrive!

The following is a list of various techniques that may assist with anger management:

1. MEDITATION:  There are various types or forms of meditation and the titles may vary, but here are some of the most common types:
1. mindfulness meditation
2. spiritual meditation
3. focused meditation
4. movement meditation
5. mantra meditation
6. transcendental meditation
2. CREATIVITY:  This can be ANYTHING you put your energy into to create.  The following are some ideas, but are not meant to be the end all be all:
1. journaling/writing - to see how to create your personal journal click HERE
2. music
3. dance
4. theater
5. painting/drawing
6. photography
3. EXERCISE:  Like meditation, there are many forms of exercise and you should experiment to discover what's best for you.  Whatever you decide, just be sure to focus on increasing your heart rate in order to release the negative energy that comes with anger in order to vibrate at a higher frequency.  Hopefully this list provides exercises that you can incorporate into a regular routine:
1. walking:  fast pace - the purpose is to get your heart rate greater than 90-100 bpm (beats per minute) - ideal is around 120 bpm and remaining at that rate for at least 15-20 minutes at a time
2. jogging/running
3. swimming
4. yoga
5. sports (i.e. basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, etc.)
6. pushups/situps
7. weight-lifting
4. RELAXATION
1. see MEDITATION
2. aromatherapy
3. bath soaks
4. sleep
5. spa therapy (i.e. Reiki healing, message therapy, sauna)
6. vacation/staycation
5. PSYCHOTHERAPY
1. Positive Behavioral Therapy (PBT)

Whether I am using sage in smudging or in cooking recipes, I enjoy the great benefits that come with this powerful herb.  I really love consuming and mixing it in my detox and relaxation teas.  Below is a video showing you one of the many ways I utilize sage along with several other herbs to produce a great tea blend that is beneficial for many different symptoms or ailments.
