Royal and respectful rising! As I awaken and come back to this realm; the song “DID IT FOR ME” by Jackie Legere is on my heart and mind. As I sit here on this beautiful stormy day just after the FULL MOON VIRGO Lunar Eclipse in deep reflection and introspection; the lyrics really touch my spirit (as they always do) but more specifically the part where she says, “It’s the way the fruit grows and knows when to let go when it’s time again for a new season. I feel like you did it for me. YEAH. YEAH.”
It’s a friendly reminder that as we are approaching Spring season and are desperately wanting to ‘spring forward’ that we still need to honor the transitionary period of ‘the in-between’ or ‘THE VOID’. This marks a very important time of peace; tranquility; stillness; introspection and reflection without projecting. It is an important time to really reflect to see how ALL things flow as Ms. Legere says in the song.

So, whilst you wait, bask in the GOODNESS that God gifts us to enjoy.
It’s such a beautiful thing when you really sit and take it all in. The sound of the rain against the window pain. The beautiful harmony it creates as it drifts down the gutter along with the roars from the thunder and the natural fire works show from the lightening. The way the birds do their song and dance to the rhythm of nature as they receive much needed rinse; restoration; cleansing and healing.
The storm in and of itself is simply an opportunity to reset; recharge and renew. Yet so many seem to be encumbered because it forces us to be still and wait patiently for it to pass. Whilst you wait, don’t forget about the importance of the much needed introspection and reflection. She even gives you points to ponder in the last stanza of the song:
What was it like
The moment that you spoke
And everything around you changed?
And things came to life
Was it beautiful
When you saw everything you made?
And it’s crazy to think in the midst of it all
You already knew my name
And the more that I seek you
The more I’m in awe
I can’t help but feel this way…

Please don’t forget the importance of introspection and reflection. It’s to allow you to truly bask in the beauty that you are. Revel in the sure awesomeness of your creations and you as a creator! Ms. Legere begins the song with this very idea:

Such an amazing song that has enabled me to move and transform through plenty of storms!💯 As the thunder roars and the rain increases the tempo of its symphony; I will leave you with these final thoughts or points of reflection:
In what ways has God showed up and shown out in your life to where you had no choice but to say “I FEEL LIKE YOU DID IT FOR ME!”?
How have you weathered the storm(s) to gain a bigger perspective in order to see the beauty of it all?
How can you show up; move and groove differently to the rhythm of your soul and the natural song and dance of life?
I hope and pray that this helps you in some way along your journey. Allow it to serve as a friendly reminder whenever you are feeling rushed; uncertain; or find yourself in a period of stagnancy. Just like the storm, this time and wave of emotions don’t last always. The sun will SURELY come out to shine again. Through it all just remember that there is still some form of beauty to be found; seen; felt; or even heard within and beyond those seemingly dark clouds. All it requires is a perspective shift! That’s the whole point of THE VOID. So, take advantage of the moments of stillness that are granted as subtle gifts from God!

Reflection: "We're all going through some shit. The question is: How are you going to handle it?!"
I realize that I AM THE STORM. I recognize that I have the power to create the storm. Yet sometimes I am not always able/willing/wanting to weather the storm. “So, why be/create THE STORM in the first place?!” one might ask.

To recognize and inner/understand the ways of the past. To let go of the trials and tribulations that no longer shall last. To release the restrictions from the bonds of the cast. To restore the strength in the wasted muscles at last. To break free from that strangling grasp!
THE STORM is intended to stir up raw emotions and invoke change. To recognize what all needs to be doused in flames. To look yourself in the mirror and understand that this here ain’t no game; that the reflection staring back at you is not lame.

So be THE STORM with all intent and purpose. Letting yourself know that you are truly worth it. Understanding that it’s all done on purpose to better help you serve your purpose. It’s not intended to tear you down nor make you feel worthless. Only meant to deconstruct the ego and reconstruct the Divine will deep within you and let it flow just like the howling wind(s) blow.
Isn’t it Ironic how the journey to your destination seems/feels so much longer than the return trip although the route may be the exact same distance?! Why is that?
The true reflection and introspection comes as you experience the dips, twists, turns or maybe better put as highs and lows. I have truly learned to appreciate them both and realize the lows don’t have to be so negative. I have a newfound perspective on them after this morning’s reflections.
Yes, it is true that the highs allow you A DIFFERENT VANTAGE POINT. They can take you away from the lows in that they distance your point of view so that you can gain a more clear and/or different perspective. In other words, one can take a step back to see the bigger picture and not be so focused on the minor details or minutia of it all. In the lows, or detailed point of view, one may find themselves caught in the whirlwind by being too close for comfort. The whirlwind is necessary for change, however, but try not to allow the dusty debris to hit you in the eye further distorting your view.
Before distancing yourself from the whirlwind, it is imperative that you take a closer look to see what needs to be blown away, changed, or tweaked ever so slightly for growth and ascension. This is why the low is not such a negative. It’s actually imperative. How else do you expect to move forward and climb that mountain for the distant view if you don’t do what is necessary in order to progress?!
In essence, both the lows and the highs are vital for the process and/or progress. Always remember that this thing we call LIFE is a marathon. So, during the race to the top just be conscious of the real reason for the journey. Understand that the inner workings of transformation will reveal the eternal gift of everlasting love throughout the process. After all, what are we really doing it for in the first place if not for AGAPE love?!
