SELF-CARE SUNDAY SOUL SESSION(S) #SSSS | “THE REFLECTION OF BEAUTY” | #MOTD
This week your focus is whatever your focus is. The advice is coming through to pay attention and notice THE REFLECTION OF BEAUTY as you go through your day to day activities. The message I received from Spirit during this morning’s meditation is as follows:
“GROW in love with life every day and pay attention to the subtleties such as the sparkle of magic in the vibrancy of the dew in the morning on the blades of glistening green grass.”
This is truly a REFLECTION OF BEAUTY - the beauty within and without. A reflection of the magic within that one holds and has the power to make manifest in real time. Respect the subtle nature within as well as that of the natural world. During your time of reflection ask yourself: “What are some of the beautiful things being reflected back to me?; How does it represent beauty within me?; and/or What beauty does it represent within me?” It is wise to journal your responses or reflections to check your growth at a later date in the future.
